Written customer complaints

According to the Croatian consumer protection law § 10. pg. 1.-3. (NN41/14),

we inform our customers that written complaints in which the customer can reveal his/her dissatisfaction regarding a purchased product or given service can be send to following address:

According to the Croatian consumer protection law § 10. pg. 1.-3. (NN41/14), on the written complaints from the customer we will respond in written form latest 15 days after the receipt of the complaint.

In the written complaint please write your full name, surname and address, se we can send back a reply, or provide us with your email address to get a respond even sooner.
